This hotel is a fantastic choice for a comfortable stay with great service and convenient location. The rooms offer twin beds and super-comfortable mattresses, with a delicious breakfast to start your day. However, some aspects of the service need improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms had twin beds and offered a good view, providing a comfortable stay on the third level. However, the absence of a mini fridge was a downside. The service was exceptional, especially from the manager and Mr Christian, who were very attentive and provided excellent service overall. The location, although in a residential area and away from the closest metro station, was conveniently near the old Dubai markets and accessible with Oud Metha metro station and a nearby bus stop. The dining experience offered organic food with muesli, catering to health-conscious guests. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting basic needs, but nothing extraordinary.
